Send e-transfers to payments@minsoslawyers.com. Our financial institution requires you to set a security question and answer when sending the transfer, and to tell us both so the payment can be processed. Please also include your file or invoice number in the payment message so we can apply it to the correct matter.

Trust deposits are processed through our Law Society of Alberta–compliant trust account and held until earned. Card surcharges, where applicable, are passed through and clearly displayed before you confirm payment. For questions about your invoice, call 780.466.1175.
The only payment instructions we use are the ones on this page and in your retainer letter. We will never email you new banking or e-transfer details. If you receive any message asking you to send money somewhere else, do not act on it: telephone the office on 780.466.1175 using the number from this website or your file, not from the message, before sending anything.
