Jallal (Jay) Tarrabain

Jay draws on his background in business and real estate development to provide legal advice that considers both the legal and commercial realities of his clients' decisions.

Jay advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, land development, construction, financing, and commercial leasing. His corporate and commercial practice includes business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, and commercial lending.

Jay takes a practical and results-oriented approach to each matter, with an emphasis on achieving his clients' objectives in a timely and efficient manner.

Jay is an active member of the Edmonton community and currently serves on the City of Edmonton's Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with family and travelling, often planning his trips around the Formula 1 calendar.
