Ahmed Eldassouki
Curious and eager to learn, Ahmed is an articling student at Minsos Lawyers who approaches every file as an opportunity to deepen his understanding of the law and how it serves the people it touches. Having completed a summer term with the firm before beginning his articles, he returns keen to explore new areas of practice and broaden his experience across corporate and commercial law and civil litigation, assisting on business transactions, contract matters, and a range of litigation files.
Ahmed graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Faculty of Law in 2026, completing his final year at the University of Alberta as a visiting student. During law school he operated a small business and remained active in his community. Before law school he spent two summers as a policy analyst working in Indigenous governance, and he later interned with a provincial justice ministry. That experience gave him an appreciation for how legal and policy frameworks shape everyday outcomes, and for the value of translating complexity into plain terms. It informs how he works today: he takes the time to understand a client's circumstances and to communicate clearly, so clients feel informed at every stage of their matter.
Outside of the office, Ahmed enjoys travelling, walking, the gym, spending time with family, and watching hockey.
